Description of the object under consideration
All German sites (Velbert, Schrobenhausen, Wülfrath) with Scope 1 and 2 emissions from vehicle fleet, gas, oil and electricity consumption are considered. Following the switch to green electricity in Velbert at the beginning of 2020, Schrobenhausen also switched to green electricity at the beginning of 2021. In the vehicle fleet, the second leased vehicle was replaced by an e-vehicle in 2021. At the Schrobenhausen site, the switch to ECOGAS was made in the course of 2021. In 2022, all leased vehicles were replaced by e-vehicles (5) or vehicles with a lowerCO2 value(5).
Description of the balance area: The period covers the emissions from the calendar year 2022 (01.01.2022 - 31.12.2022).
