Solder Wire Solid
The solid wires are drawn to the exact diameter by special wire drawing units and therefore do not have any surface irregularities. This is especially important when the solid wire runs in an automatic wire feeder. Our solid wire is produced on the same machines we use for our well-known flux-cored wires and passes through the same quality control.

Application
Use in small solder baths or the refilling of larger solder baths are two of the most frequent application areas for solid solder wire. By feeding the solder wire slowly and continuously into the solder bath, the fill level remains as constant as possible without suddenly reducing the operating temperature.
