    Potting Resins

    IQ-CAST potting resins are used to insulate and protect electrical and electronic components against mechanical, thermal, and environmental stresses.

    Roartis offers a range of epoxy and silicone potting compounds that meet demanding application specifications while providing cost-effective processing.

    The portfolio includes, among other products:

    • Flame-retardant materials (UL 94 V-0)
    • Low-viscosity resins for optimal flow properties
    • Custom-formulated systems for specific requirements
       

    The potting resins are characterised by the following properties:

    • Excellent dielectric properties
    • High electrical insulation resistance
    • Good thermal conductivity
    • Resistance to thermal cycling
    • High mechanical strength and hardness
    • Chemical resistance

     

    IQ-CAST materials are therefore ideally suited for applications where the reliability, protection, and long-term stability of electronic assemblies are key priorities.
