    Conductive Adhesives (isotropic and anisotropic)

Roartis offers electrically conductive adhesives in isotropic and anisotropic versions:

    • Isotropic conductivity (3D conductivity)
    • Anisotropically conductive (conductivity in the Z-direction)

The materials are optimised for various application methods, including:

    • Dispensing
    • Stencil and screen printing
    • Die-cutting and jetting

    Typical applications include:

    • bonding microelectronic components to temperature-sensitive substrates (e.g., flexible circuits)
    • Replacing solder pastes, particularly when increased flexibility and high thermal cycling resistance are required

As a result, these adhesives enable reliable electrical connections while ensuring gentle handling of sensitive components.
