Susanne Schlüter represented Stannol at the stakeholder dialogue on the further development of the VSME module included in the German Sustainability Code (DNK) – and thus actively contributed the perspective of SMEs. The event was characterised by an intensive exchange between representatives from ministries, science, trade, consulting, associations, chambers and companies.

The aim of the further development of the Sustainability Code is to prepare the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) for small and medium-sized enterprises in an understandable, practical and structured way. "With this format and the planned functions, the Sustainability Code is well on the way to effectively supporting us in the sustainable transformation and making sustainability reporting more tangible and easier to implement," emphasises Susanne Schlüter.
