We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to expand our presence in the US market.

Sales Manager USA (f/m/x)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the US market
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and other key players in the electronics and industrial sectors

Account Management:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Provide excellent customer support, including technical guidance in collaboration with the technical team

Market Development:

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential growth areas for Stannol’s product portfolio
  • Represent Stannol at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen our brand visibility

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and objectives
  • Communicate customer feedback to the product development team to support innovation

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to guide decision-making

 

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics, industrial manufacturing, or soldering technology sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with soldering materials, electronics manufacturing, or industrial products is a strong plus
  • Understanding of the US market, distribution channels, and industry trends

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the US (up to 50%)
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g. Spanish, German) are a plus.
