Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the US market
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and other key players in the electronics and industrial sectors
Account Management:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Provide excellent customer support, including technical guidance in collaboration with the technical team
Market Development:
- Analyze market trends and identify potential growth areas for Stannol’s product portfolio
- Represent Stannol at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen our brand visibility
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and objectives
- Communicate customer feedback to the product development team to support innovation
Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to guide decision-making
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics, industrial manufacturing, or soldering technology sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with soldering materials, electronics manufacturing, or industrial products is a strong plus
- Understanding of the US market, distribution channels, and industry trends
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the US (up to 50%)
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g. Spanish, German) are a plus.
