Stannol is expanding its product portfolio with five highly efficient cleaners. The new Flux-Ex series includes broadband and special cleaners that are perfectly tailored to their respective areas of application – e. g. for cleaning before the soldering process or for removing residues after soldering. All cleaners are delivered as a ready-to-use mix.

Flux-Ex Pre
Flux-Ex Pre is an aqueous cleaner for optimal removal of fluxes before soldering, SMD solder pastes on stencils, unpopulated misprints and stencil undersides in screen printers. The cleaner is pH-neutral and quick-drying, making it ideal for the rinsing process. Flux-Ex Pre can also be used in PV module production.
 

Flux-Ex Post
Flux-Ex Post thoroughly removes flux residues from assemblies as well as DCBs and power modules after the soldering process. The cleaner is also suitable for use in ultrasonic systems.
 

Flux-Ex Post Power
Flux-Ex Post Power is an alkaline broadband cleaner for the thorough removal of flux residues, oxides and solder pastes after the soldering process. The high-performance cleaner is particularly suitable for assemblies, hybrids, stencils, misprints, solder frames and carriers as well as machine parts and magazines. Flux-Ex Post Power can be used in ultrasonic systems.
 

Flux-Ex Glue
Flux-Ex Glue was developed as a special cleaner for adhesives and heat-conducting pastes. The cleaner reliably removes contaminations from screens used in PV module production as well as from stencils, misprints, aluminium and stainless steel. Flux-Ex Glue is pH-neutral and quick-drying. The cleaner can also be used on water-sensitive products and is suitable for use in PV module production.
 

Flux-Ex Oven
Flux-Ex Oven is a foaming gel for manual cleaning of all types of soldering systems such as SMD ovens or wave soldering systems. Flux-Ex Oven removes flux residues thoroughly and gently, for example from machine parts, soldering frames, carriers, aluminium, GRP, polymers, stainless steel and glass. The cleaner can simply be sprayed on. Flux-Ex Oven is characterised in particular by good adhesion to the surface, short contact time and easy removal. Rinsing is not necessary.
